We're starting the holiday season with a bang, with the return of a festive favourite and two brand new brewpub exclusives all releasing within the first week of December.
Parang Sorrel Ale, our Christmas seasonal is back for a limited time and in limited quantities. This year's release was made using the Pink Rosella, a rare variety grown by a family run farm in Sangre Grande. Parang is a fan favourite and sure to sell out quickly, so order now, or drop into our taproom to enjoy it on draft. 5.6% ABV. Now available.
Tommy's Mango Lager is our first to two brewpub exclusives being released in December. We start with a classic golden all-malt lager, brewed with citrus hops and blended with mango for a smooth, refreshing brew with a subtle tropical finish. This release will be available only on draft, so drop in and enjoy a pint. Growler take-away also available. 4.8% ABV. Available Tuesday 7th December.
Finally, introducing Dragon's Mouth. Named for the Bocas del Dragón, this Strong Belgian-style Amber is brewed with HBC-472, an experimental hop variety, and spiced with orange peel and grains of paradise. Dragon's Mouth is smooth and malty sweet with notes of fruits, citrus, coconut and light, woody spice. This ale is sure to be a favourite and pairs well with BBQ ribs, rich pasta and grilled meats. 8.5% ABV. Available draft only. Friday 10th December.
