GENERAL

Our beers are available at our restaurant and taproom, online store, and selected retailers, restaurants, and bars across Trinidad & Tobago. To find Tommy’s near you, use our beer finder.

One-off brews and special edition releases are generally available only at our taproom and from our online store.

We pride ourselves on using the finest available brewing ingredients to help us craft high quality ales and lagers with a superior character. All beers are made using malted barley, hops, and yeast. Some of our beers may contain wheat, rye, oats, lactose, fruit or additional ingredients. If used, these ingredients are listed on individual beer pages, or the beer’s label.

Most of our beers are fully vegan. The exception will be beers which contain lactose (milk sugar). Lactose will be listed as an ingredient whenever used. Although none of our beers are 100% gluten free, our brewing process greatly reduces the gluten levels naturally found in barley, wheat and rye.

As our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, we recommend a maximum shelf-life of 150 days. However, some styles of beer improve with age, much like wine, and may be stored for years in the ideal conditions. High alcohol beers, or beers with high levels of dark, roasted grains are ideal styles for aging.

Our beers store best in refrigerated conditions. Alternatively, beers should be stored in a cool, dry, and dark environment.

Our beers are unfiltered to look and taste exactly as our brewmaster intended. On occasion, your beer may appear hazy, or there may be sediment at the bottom of your bottle. This is a natural part of the fermentation process and is completely safe to consume. Some beers may also be bottle conditioned, a time honoured tradition where fresh yeast and sugar is added to the package to provide additional complexity and naturally occurring carbonation.

Selected brews are available in kegs. Please contact us for more information.
