Role Summary

We’re seeking an experienced, people-focused Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations, elevate guest experiences, and guide a high-performing team. You’ll oversee service standards, staff management, inventory control, and compliance—ensuring the bar runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily bar operations to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor bar staff.
• Ensure all beverages are crafted and served to brand standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, stock levels, and wastage.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully compliant bar environment.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate on drink menus, features, and seasonal offerings.
• Support staff development through coaching, performance management and corrective disciplinary action if necessary.
• Prepare and submit required sales and operational reports.
• Foster a positive, engaged, and team-oriented culture.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong product knowledge across spirits, beer, wine, and cocktails.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic reporting.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
