We have planned the construction phase meticulously to minimize disruption. This includes working within designated hours, managing traffic effectively, and keeping noise levels as low as possible.
We will also provide regular updates to keep the community informed about the construction schedule and progress.
During the construction phase, there will be some noise, but we will limit construction activities to daytime hours to minimize disruption.
Once operational, the brewery will have advanced noise reduction systems in place to ensure that the noise levels are minimal and do not disturb the surrounding community.
We will implement traffic management plans to ensure smooth traffic flow during the construction phase. This includes coordinating with local authorities to minimize disruptions.
Once operational, we will have designated parking areas and efficient logistics planning to prevent any additional traffic congestion in the area.
The brewery will implement state-of-the-art waste management systems to handle all production waste responsibly. This includes recycling processes and ensuring that no harmful substances are released into the environment.
We are committed to adhering to all environmental regulations and maintaining sustainable
practices
The brewery will use advanced filtration systems to capture, filter and thus minimize any odors produced during the brewing process.
These systems are designed to ensure that any potential odors are kept within the facility and do not affect the surrounding community.
The brewery will have an efficient water usage and recycling process to minimize its impact on the local water supply.
Additionally, we will install a state-of-the-art water treatment plant to ensure that all water used in the brewing process is treated responsibly before being released, ensuring no negative impact on water quality.
The brewery will create approximately 70 jobs during the pre-construction phase and 85 permanent jobs once operational. It will also boost local businesses by sourcing materials and services locally. Furthermore, the brewery plans to support local farmers through collaborations for speciality beers, fostering economic growth and community development
There are no health concerns associated with the brewery.
The brewing process involves natural ingredients and is conducted in a controlled environment.
Effluent and emissions are non-toxic and waste management and emissions controls are state-of-the-art and comply with environmental and health regulations, ensuring the safety of the community.
We value the input and feedback of our community members. You can join our upcoming community meetings to learn more about the project and share your thoughts. Additionally, you can reach out to us via email at feedback@tommysbrewing.com or phone with any questions or concerns.
