Role Summary

We’re seeking a supportive, hands-on Floor Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations, elevate guest experiences, and guide a motivated team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Supervise hosts, servers, bartenders, and bussers.

·        Support scheduling, training, and ongoing staff development.

·        Ensure warm, timely, and professional service; resolve guest concerns; maintain clean, inviting dining areas.

·        Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams; manage reservations, seating flow, and FOH inventory.

·        Uphold health and safety standards; assist with logs, reports, evaluations, and help execute events and promotions.

Qualifications:

·        2+ years of FOH supervisory experience.

·        Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and customer service skills.

·        Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer tasks.

·        Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
