Role Summary

As our Host/Hostess, you are the warm welcome that sets the tone of the guest experience. You’ll greet guests with genuine hospitality, manage seating and waitlists, and support both dine-in and takeout service with calm, confident efficiency. Your presence ensures every guest feels seen, guided, and well taken care of from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Manage seating, waitlists, and guest flow during peak times
• Assign tables to maintain smooth service across all dining areas
• Keep the host stand and entrance clean, organized, and inviting
• Communicate accurate wait times and keep guests informed
• Assist servers with table resets when needed
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns courteously
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, specials, events, and policies

Qualifications

• Customer service or restaurant experience preferred
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and guest-focused in a fast-paced setting
• Professional appearance and positive, welcoming attitude
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling payment transactions
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
