Role Summary

As our Inventory Clerk, you play a key part in keeping the restaurant and bar running smoothly. You’ll ensure that every station has what it needs, maintain accurate stock levels, and support the team by keeping our operations organized, efficient, and waste-conscious. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in precision, and values being a dependable partner in daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track, count, and organize all food, beverage, and supply items.
  • Prepare orders, receive deliveries, verify accuracy, and rotate stock.
  • Maintain logs, update inventory systems, and flag discrepancies.
  • Work closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to support daily needs.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling in alignment with safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience with restaurant or bar inventory is an asset.
  • Knowledge of food, beverage, and bar supplies.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational habits.
  • Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and manage physical tasks safely.
  • Familiarity with POS/inventory systems is helpful.
  • Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working early or off-peak hours.
