Role Summary

As our Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll help keep the heart of the restaurant running smoothly. You’ll guide the team, keep the kitchen organized and service-ready, and ensure every plate meets our standards—especially when things are moving fast. This role is ideal for someone who leads with support, communicates clearly, and thrives in a team-centered environment.nimum of 3 years of professional culinary experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily prep, production, and service across all kitchen stations
  • Maintain station readiness, par levels, and ingredient stock
  • Place vendor orders, verify deliveries, and rotate stock for freshness
  • Lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
  • Train and onboard new team members; build schedules and assign duties
  • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Track food cost, waste, and inventory and act quickly on discrepancies
  • Review guest feedback and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Experience supervising fast-paced or high-volume kitchen operations
  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage stock and schedules
  • Clear communicator who stays calm and solution-focused under pressure
  • Supportive, coaching-oriented leadership style
