Role Summary

We’re looking for a people-focused Restaurant Manager to champion exceptional guest experiences, support a high-performing team, and uphold the operational standards that drive revenue, quality, and overall success. This role oversees both FOH and BOH functions to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead, develop, and support the FOH team.

·        Oversee scheduling, daily floor management, and service flow.

·        Manage opening and closing procedures.

·        Uphold service standards, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere.

·        Ensure quality across food, beverage, and draft beer programs.

·        Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

·        Manage FOH inventory and supply needs.

·        Support event execution and promotional activities.

·        Represent and reinforce the Tommy’s brand in all interactions.

Qualifications:

·        3–5 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience (required).

·        Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·        Exceptional customer service mindset.

·        Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multitask-heavy environments.

·        Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

·        Understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and labor control.

·        Proficiency with POS and scheduling systems.
