Role summary

We’re looking for a creative, collaborative Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and help deliver exceptional dishes that reflect our standards of quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. This role works closely with the Head Chef and leads the culinary team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Head Chef to direct and support all food preparation.
  • Contribute to menu development for both food and beverages.
  • Produce high-quality, beautifully presented dishes.
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and supply ordering
  • Maintain clean, organized stations and uphold all food safety standards.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Bring forward ideas that enhance kitchen performance, creativity, and efficiency.

Job Duties Include:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional culinary experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented, organized, punctual, and able to multitask effectively\
  • Able to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  • Knowledge of food quality, nutrition, safety, and sanitation practices.
