Position Summary:

The Taproom IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining and supporting all technology systems at Tommy's taprooms, ensuring optimal functionality of business platforms, internet, phones, music, and TV systems. This role requires managing both hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, and providing reliable tech support across multiple locations. This role will require the successful candidate to work across all Tommy's taproom locations. Therefore, a personal vehicle is required.

Core Responsibilities:

• System Management: Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of the POS system and associated platforms and technology used in our taprooms.
• Technical Support: Provide timely assistance for all tech-related issues to taproom and office staff.
• Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain all taproom technology systems to prevent downtime.
• A/V and Event Support: Handle the setup and support of audio/visual systems for events and daily operations.
• Project Involvement: Participate in tech-related projects and improvements as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a tech support role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Proficiency with various POS systems and familiarity with restaurant management software.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to address both hardware and software issues.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Personal vehicle required for travel between locations.
