Stowaway IPA Aioli
This simple no-cook sauce combines lime, cilantro, cayenne and Stowaway IPA to create a super-tasty condiment with a bit of heat and bursting with citrusy flavours. Perfect for roasted potatoes, French fries, grilled seafood, meat and sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (for vegan sauce use vegan mayo)
- 1-1/2 tbsp Stowaway India pale ale
- 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
- 3/4 tsp lime zest
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 1 small clove garlic, grated
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate
