Brewed using specialty Belgian malts and aged with toasted oak, Devil’s Woodyard is rich, fruity and malty sweet, bursting with notes of toffee, cocoa, vanilla, raisins and dates. With its full flavour and lingering finish, the Devil’s Woodyard pairs exceptionally well with roasted meats, stews, aged cheese and chocolate desserts.

St. Benedict

Taking inspiration both from the iconic Trinidadian landmark, and the brewing traditions of Benedictine Trappist monks, St Benedict is a Belgian-Style Pale ale with complex fruity, floral flavours with a sweet, honeyed finish.

Barrel ageing adds additional layers of vanilla, coconut and oak, while acceuntating the beer's original fruity character. St. Benedict pairs well with pork and seafood dishes, creamy pastas, soft cheese and fruit desserts.

Midnight Robber
Midnight Robber is a milk stout brewed with cocoa and vanilla, barrel-aged then finished on freshly roasted coffee beans. The result is a sweet, decadent stout with flavours of vanilla, bourbon, dark fruits and coffee. Midnight Robber pairs well with rich, spicy BBQ, Chocolate desserts, Cheddar Cheese and red meat.
