COMPLEX FLAVOUR WITH A HONEYED FINISH

Taking inspiration both from the iconic Trinidadian abbey, and the brewing traditions of Trappist monks, St Benedict is a Belgian-Style Pale ale with complex fruity, floral flavours with a sweet, honeyed finish.

Barrel ageing adds additional layers of vanilla, coconut and oak, while acceuntating the beer's original fruity character. St. Benedict pairs well with pork and seafood dishes, creamy pastas, soft cheese and fruit desserts.

Only 450 bottles produced.
